And then we just relaxed. We were in a rustic beach cabin at Vivonne bay on Kangaroo Island, and it could not have been more idyllic!
We took early morning and evening beach walks and it was delicious! All this space, no-one around. How lovely.
We were spending a couple of days on the island and really made the most of it.
First stop was Flinders Case, all the way at the end of the island. It was a colder day, and very windy, so we braved the elements, but it was great, and worth it. We went down to the seal colony and lighthouse.
And with so many beautiful, deserted beaches around, we obviously had to make the most of it. We went both to Karatta and Seal Bay. Both did not disappoint. The fact that it was a windy and cloudy day almost made it more magical.
