It was an amazing family holiday and we truly enjoyed every moment of it.
Getting there was a bit of an undertaking but ultimately we managed that quite well: It was a seven hour flight to Dubai, followed by a four hour flight to Male (the capital of the Maldives) and at the end a really nice water plane journey to the island itself.
On the way to our island we were treated to a nice aerial view of what the Maldives had in store for us!
And finally, our Island!!!
After landing we were greeted by the boat that took us to the atoll. Clearly the travelling had took some toll but a leisurely island awaited so we could take it.
We had opted for a family beach villa with our own pool. What a luxury. The water villas, clear blue waters and crystal white beach created the perfect surroundings! We even had our own wildlife in our little bay.
