Visitors!!

Yes, we were very happy! Last weekend our dear friends from Houston, Joost, Marlouke, Maartje and Okke, came to visit us! One of their stops on their way to Singapore where they will be living as of September. We were looking forward to it a lot, and the whole  3 days was a BIG success. Unfortunately Okke had a small ear infection, but luckily that was sorted out quickly with the local doctor.

Mees and Maartje behaved like angels and were BEST friends the WHOLE 3 days. 

There was a tremendous amount of coloring by the two of them

And of course what is more fun than bathing together?

The level of imaginary play had no limits. The house was at times transformed into one big messy room. But who cares, the joy of seeing them together in such harmony was priceless.

On Saturday afternoon we visited the splashpad in the park, which was a big success.

And on Sunday we went to Winsdor Castle. Also for us our first "touristy" thing. But that is for another posting.
