Yorktown and Monticello (Part 3/4)

We used Williamsburg as a base to visit Yorktown. It is a sailing town but also with a National Park that preserves where the US won its independence from Britain.

We were very lucky with our timings as we were just in time for the canon shooting demonstrations and Lina was selected to be a powder monkey.

When we headed back west towards Charlottesville, we stopped at the home of President Jefferson (Monticello).
