We kept it easygoing. On the 24th we went to the crib service at the Sacred Heart Church (Lina and Mees' school church) which was really a lot of fun. We also baked the Christmas cookies for Santa.
Unfortunately Dirk did not feel to well so he went to bed early on Christmas evening allowing me to watch some sappy Christmas movies on my own.
On Christmas morning we had the presents to unpack which was lots of fun. Mees and Lina were happy with the presents, especially the Lego. Dirk was still in bed most of the day, not feeling too well, so I prepared the Christmas dinner by myself. It was a big success and we had a nice long family dinner.
The next day Dirk felt better and he took the girls to Winter Wonderland in Hyde Park, so I could catch-up on some work from home.
In the evening we packed our bags for our trip to France.
A nice Christmas altogether.
