I had hired a the garden hall of St Mary's church here in Wimbledon and off we went with the preparations. Having the parties with more girls also meant more planning fun for the parents, so after 2 barbeques and a couple of drinks, we were all set.
All the girls in Mees her class came together with some siblings. Despite the fact there was no fancy dresscode, Mees and Lina insisted on wearing their princess dresses.
Once everyone had arrived, the dancing could start. The 3 birthday girls all won a prize, all other girls got a certificate
After that it was time for some food and cake!
After that the party was over. The party itself lasted from 11 to 1pm, with 1 hour before and after to set-up and clean. 2 hours is still long enough for this age group I would say as they go all out and have spent most of their energy after 2 hours and are ready to go home.
Once home it was time to open all the presents. By the time that was done. Lina was more than happy to call an end to all birthday celebrations for the foreseeable future!
