This means everything is tailored to the kids: the kids register at reception and the parents are an afterthought. What a great place! High-end from what I could tell from the other parents that were not part of the birthday gig. But then, being situated in Chelsea and not listing any prices should be saying it all. Great place none-the-less!
All the different activities (cupcake kitchen, paint room, music room, play room, restaurant, swimming pool, etc, etc) were open all the time and staffed with hostesses that help the kids out if needed. The parents can lounge in the tearoom or restaurant while the kids go crazy. If a child would get upset, or needs its parents, the hostesses make sure the child gets brought back to its parents, if needed. Wonderful upside: no need to endlessly trail behind your kid.
