We did not have time to organize a big party (me hard at work, Dirk out on courses - and also hard at work, and still lots to do with the house), so we compensated with the cake... Lina is crazy about the nightgarden characters (BBC toddler program), Makka Pakka is her favourite. And therefore we got her a cake with Makka Pakka. She loved it.
Oma and opa came from the Netherlands and she got lots of gifts and cards from Mees, Mom and Dad, but also from the family and on top of that from great friends as far as Singapore and Amsterdam. So lots to celebrate.
She loved it, and so did we.
PS:Unfortunately Lina had a little accident on the playground 2 days before, so the black-eye really is starting to show...
