Lina started rowing this school year and it culminated in her first competition in a boat of 8 at the end of the school year.
She definitely seems to have taken to rowing as she did not quit during the "off the water" winter period and continued the training indoors, which is definitely less enjoyable.
Her boat came in second in her group, a great result because it was their first time competing as a team.
Dirk, Loewie and I joined her on the river bank so it was our first exerience too. It was very nice, not in the least because of the great weather.
She intends to continue next year. I am looking forward to it!
