Like every year, the preparations for this one started months in advance! There is no day in the year that is more important to Lina than this one and to be honest, it makes it more special for us as well.
This years' celebration was also the first one with her new class in London. So quite important.
We did not have Cristina to make us a strawberry cheesecake, but we were nevertheless able to whip up a really nice ice cake!
Not in the least because of Lina's meticulous planning, it was a great success!
