During Feb half term we decided to go to the Isle of Wight for a couple of days. Dirk's parents were in town so joined us for the trip. It was delightful to be out of town a couple of days and we all returned quite refreshed! We visited several spots across the island. During the summer it can apparently become quite busy but because we were still out of season it was very quiet everywhere which made it all the more enjoyable. Loewie could even go on the beach! We stayed in a great house in Gurnard and drove around the island with our car.
