After 6.5 years we are leaving London!
No sooner were we finally well set-up, and on a steady well-aligned path (especially for Mees and Lina), then we decided to disrupt the whole lot and haul it to Singapore! Uhh, what??
I know! Mees and Lina were in Putney High, a really good school that would take them all to University - no dreaded 11 + exams. Hockey and swimming sorted, settled in the Fulham Dutch School. Dirk steady at work, me steady at work...
But then an opportunity came up that we thought to be too important to turn down.
So here we are.
Time will tell if we made the right decision, but at the time we felt we did, and I guess that is most important.
We made a trip to Singapore to look for a house and schools and that is all settled. So far so good.
